There is a LAF that completely screws up under Windows... I think it was one beginning with "M"... you can't see popup list boxes (they only render the portion under the mouse if you move the mouse).


I think any faulty LAF should be excluded from the list, as this is probably not anything related to SJ code.

Timo - will you be putting in a checkbox for the ".source.jam external directory" option and setting it to OFF by default as per Robert's suggestion? I second this, as the current mechanism is very confusing. I haven't been able to get 2.1.2 working properly at all yet as a result of this.
