The usernames and passwords are stored in plain text in the users.xml file on your 
server.
Depending on which version of SJ you're using and how it was installed, this could be 
in a couple
of places. Could be in something like /sourcejammer/server/filesys. Or could be in your
webapps/sourcejammer/WEB-INF/conf directory. Look around and I'm sure you'll find it.

I know storing passwords as plain text is not the most secure system in the world. 
However, as
long as your physical server is secure then no one should be able to get to this file.
