Sorry about your problem. What a pain. If you get this error when you first try to connect to your archive then you should be able to find the problem file.
It could be one of the files in the filesys directory: user.xml or one of your .sja files. If it's not one of those, then it ought to be either the 0 file in the archive project directory, or one of the files referenced in the 0 file or one of the files referenced in one of those files (2 levels down).
