Right, we're going to add a check box that the submitter can check to 
say "I think this is ready for review, please review it".

Right now, they don't. We're adding sortable colums, so you'll be able 
to sort by validation status, # votes, etc. We can do the same for the 
"please review" box.

When we automate the promotion process, we will need to add a way of 
archiving submissions so that they don't appear on the normal page but 
somewhere else (?). When something is promoted, it should drop off the 
main list after, say, a week.
