Sudan Armed Forces (SAF) is launchimg another attack through Western
Bahr El Ghazal State to destabilize South Sudan said the Sudan People'
Liberation Army (SPLA) spokesperson Colonel Philip Aguer.

Aguer claimed that SAF is resettling Rezegat armed Arab nomads in,
Sira Malaka, which is causing a tension there as they are settling
within the territory of South Sudan.

"Maximum alert is on Western Bahr el Ghazal where SAF is trying to
resettle Arab Rezegat armed men in a place called Sira Malaka. The
SPLA is now vigilant on all steps they are taking around Sira Malaka
and around Timsa and Firka area; an area they have been bombing all
along. They are occupying Kafia Kinji, Afra Nahas within the territory
of South Sudan; and they are trying to annex this place called Sira
Malaka."

Aguer dismissed claims by SAF that they will return Heglig. He said
that the SPLA is at maximum alert to diffuse any attack from SAF.
