Authorities in Pagor Payam in Cueibit County, Lakes State, said on
Tuesday that they have recovered more than 100 head of cattle that
were stolen during recent inter-communal clashes.

The cows were taken in two separate clashes between two youth groups
in Chueibet town since the beginning of July.

Lakes State Minister of Rural Development, Daniel Chol Koknyin,
visited Pagor Payam to assess the damage.

Chol told Radio Miraya that security agents arrested four "ring
leaders of the incident[s] and the people actually who killed during
the incident[s]."

The state minister said "two people are for the first incident and the
other two are the suspects of this current incident that took place on
the sixth (July)."
