The gunmen, believed to have been four, broke into the businessman's house about 3 am. When a policeman tried to intervene, both of them were shot dead. Police spokesperson, James Monday Enoka, confirmed the incident to Radio Miraya. "At Nyokuron West, just near Imatong Gas, some Somali Businessmen and women are hiring a semi-permanent house just around the area there. The four criminals made their way into the fence to rob the people inside. The police who was doing patrol in the area noticed this and he released one bullet to threaten them. The criminals responded with eight bullets and four bullets hit the poor policeman and he fell down dead and a Somali citizen. The criminals took away his gun and robbed the people inside. They took the amount of ten thousand US dollars.
