TORIT, 17 May 2013 [Gurtong] – “My message to all of you is that you
must distance yourselves away from senseless political and non
political organizations because they will ruin your future before
seeing the real light and fruit of this nation we have bloodily
struggled for,” he said.

He urged the youth to learn and be innovative, active and organize to
develop their life instead of being confused and enslaved to take part
in retrogressive events.

Silvester recognizes the successful struggle of South Sudanese being
and contributed to and ushered by women whom he terms as true mothers
with a legacy left behind for generations to come.

“No women no life, no women no man, the youth of Eastern Equatoria
State have recognized your efforts being tangibly witnessed to date
during our struggle and to remind, the same youth of EES congratulates
you on the 30th anniversary of the SPLM/A,” he said in his typed
speech delivered on at the SPLM State office in Torit.
