*By James Deng Dimo WAU, 28 November 2013[Gurtong]- *The session was postponed for the second time after the discussion was brought forward for the MPs following the Monday’s postponement in what appeared as the absence of the auditor and lack of quorum. Speaking to Gurtong, the assembly information committee chairperson Hon. Viola Alexander affirmed that the assembly did not fail to deliberate on the state ministry report but only that the quorum was not achieved. No date has been fixed for the next sitting on the matter but some suggested that the assembly will deliberate on the presentation on Monday next week. The report was presented before 20 MPs by the state ministry of education acting director for chamber of internal auditing and inspection Mr. Saad Baptish. The auditing report singled out a financial fissure in the income of the state ministry of education and the chamber proposed action against revenue collectors. The state acting speaker Hon. Paulino Apinyi Akol was present during the sitting.
