Formation of the Transitional Government of National Unity is expected before Friday this week without the SPLM-In Opposition, says Presidential Press Secretary. Ateny Wek Ateny told Radio Bakhita that the Government may decide to form its cabinet before Friday, leaving the positions of the SPLM-IO vacant. The absence of the SPLM-OI leader in Juba cannot stop the government from carrying out its duties, he says. Formation of transitional Government without the SPLM in Opposition violates the agreement says, Minority Leader at the National Assembly Onyoti Adigo Nyikwec. He urges the government to wait for the demilitarization of Juba and the arrival of Riek Machar and his bodyguards.
