The President of the Republic has approved the first phase of the peace dialogue with the armed opposition in Yei River, reveals State Governor. Radio Easter quoted David Lokonga Moses saying President Salva Kiir appointed Martine Elia Lomurö as a focal point in the implementation of the first phase of the dialogue.
