People are migrating out in Yei town due hunger, says Chairman of
State Relief Rehabilitation Commission of Yei River State.

Peter Butili Farajallah appeals to nongovernmental organizations to
urgently respond with relief for the IDPs before the situation
worsens, Radio Easter reports.

The Chairman says livelihood in Yei River State is in degrading level,
characterized with series of violence, theft, lootings, and
housebreaking at gun point.

Peter Butili spoke to journalists during a press conference in Yei on Thursday.
