Dozens of government soldiers and some civilians have been admitted at Renk Hospital following fighting with armed opposition forces in Kuek area on Sunday, a local official said. Northern Upper Nile Minister of Health, Paulino Awana, told Radio Tamazuj on Monday that the Renk Hospital had received more than 10 wounded SPLA soldiers and some civilians injured in crossfire on Sunday morning. Minister Awana pointed out that the wounded people are currently receiving treatment at the hospital and that they are in stable conditions.
