South Sudan belongs to the people not the government says official

CRNSaturday, July 8, 2017 - 15:15

South Sudan belongs to the people not to the government because it came as
a result of people’s struggle, says deputy information minister.

Akol Paul Kordit says their messages will always be for peace and
prosperity because people vote for independence of the country. The hate
speech messages spread and exchanged by the Jonglei and Equatoria youth is
disappointing and the government condemns it, he describes.

The National Government warns social media users to avoid spreading hate
speech and rumours, they should embrace peace and love messages, he
adds. The official was speaking to Journalist on Friday after Cabinet of
ministers meeting.
