Yeah, I guess we need to do something. To lower confusion, should I
release a sox-14.4.1.1-win32 or go as far as a sox-14.4.2-win32?
I don't recall now why I couldn't get it to compile without that but the
reason they are missing is related to this in my config.log win wsock32
would fix:
flac-1.2.1/src/libFLAC/bitwriter.c:286: undefined reference to
`_imp__ntohl@4'
I think its something to do with a commit that try to not require needing
ntohl. Might need to revert that.
