Carrhae was feeling wonderful. She had spent the last several days of
off-duty time either at Matt's home or hers. Her time with him had given
her a chance to get to know him better and to further strengthen their
relationship.
They had heard nothing from Renaud, and while the guards who still
insisted on hanging around while she was on the station were an annoyance,
they was a tolerable one.
Which made the morning news all the more surprising.

Carrhae uttered a curse in Rihannsu. She sat up and focused her attention
on the report. She wanted to hear just what they thought they knew.
