Let's say, for sake of argument, that someone in the top brass wants
Special Operations to grow. I was thinking about proposing that Spec. Ops
take over the strike teams of intell. That would allow intell to return
to data analysis and loose it's bad reputation in the eyes of the fleet.
It would also allow Spec. Operations to grow to the numbers that they are
expected to be at. At least for sake of argument." he replied.
