M'Rrenn turned to Lorin and said, "Sir, May I make a suggestion?"

   {response- assuming the affirmative}

"With all of the press on the station perhaps it would be wise to introduce some
new security policies. Such as having the press register for ID badges. These badges
will give them levels of access to the station that other civilians are not allowed.
Say access to a briefing rooms, the crew only lounge, officer's galley, etc. That way
you could keep them out of the areas where engineering sections, Ops, crew quarters,
and other sensitive areas. You could also designate cooridors that only SF personnell
can go to allow for unrestricted movement throughout the station for crew. Given that
this station is practically an open port, and if things are planned right, we could
ease the enslaught of the press and make life a bit more normal.

It would take a day or two to set up, and deploy security to patrol restricted areas.
Again, if done correctly security could be deployed more wisely. Not at places where
the press are, but where they should be deployed- according to security needs. Just a
thought..."
