Lorin looked up from the reports and said without hesitation "Come ahead." 
He was obviously interested in what she had to say.

introduce some new security policies. Such as having the press register 
for >ID badges. These badges will give them levels of access to the station 
that other civilians are not allowed. Say access to a briefing rooms, >the 
crew only lounge, officer's galley, etc. That way you could keep them out 
of the areas where engineering sections, Ops, crew quarters, >and other 
sensitive areas. You could also designate corridors that only SF personnel 
can go to allow for unrestricted movement throughout >the station for crew. 
Given that this station is practically an open port, and if things are 
planned right, we could ease the onslaught of the >press and make life a 
bit more normal.

restricted areas. Again, if done correctly security could be deployed 
more >wisely. Not at places where the press are, but where they should be 
deployed- according to security needs. Just a thought

"If I could I'd boot the media right off this station..." he said quietly 
before resuming his regular speaking voice. Lorin liked the idea, "Sounds 
good to me...that'd allow me to boost Security staff as well which could 
ease the media at the same time, "Thank you. I'm going to go eat before it 
gets too late. Page me if I'm needed."

Lorin walked down to the Promenade...
