        Lasiter smiled, "I am telling you this becuase it will effect you
more than the others.  Although, I am quite sure that they will not see it
that way.  Besides, who cares if people know that change is in the wind.
The real news is what I plan on changing.  That little tib bit of
information will be coming out tomorrow in the form of a detailed report to
Starfleet Command.  I plan on letting all of you know about what I plan
prior to the general meeting of SF Command to discuss the details.  I want
progress, not just a meeting to announce the change.  Real discussions will
not be possible until some thought is done on the matter.  I tell my friend
Garibaldi because he will not be here for the meeting, as he has other
duties, and as I said earlier  this will effect you a great deal, Admiral
Bedru."  Lasiter said quite seriously.
