OOC: With the tragedy in New York City and in Washington, D.C. we have
taken a day to reflect on what this means for us as a nation, and to grieve.
While our mourning will not stop because the "game day of silence" has come
to pass, we must move on at our own pace. With that in mind I am posting
this update. Please resume play when you feel up to it. Perhaps this can
serve to be a release for you, perhaps not. Game on at your own pace. God
bless America and us all.

In Backtrack: Dr. Bennan, Vice Admiral Kitanya, and Admiral t'Llhweiir are
meeting discusing af all thing the powers of Matt and Kit. Just how many
immortals are there???
Coming up to date: Last night... Sam, Selara, Garibaldi (the admiral
variety), and Lasiter (again, the admiral variety) met to discuss the deals
and relationship. The Admiral Lasiter left in a huff. Garibaldi struck a
deal. At least we hope. The love birds left to hump.
The following day.... Lasiter, the CinC, got to his office very early. He
started work in the finishing touches to the proposal plan for reforming
Starfleet. He wants to get a concensus before going to the President or to
the Federation Council. This gets sent out at noon.
Later in the day (1000 hours)...Lasiter, Renaud, and t'Llhweiir are meeting
in preparation to a press conference. Discussing what to say and the like.
They are about to conclude their talks so that they can talk to the press
office and start the with painful act of meeting with the press.
Ambassador D'amondra felt the dreadful hate that emminated form Adm. Lasiter
during the conversation with Selara. She had her people call Lasiter's
people to set up a meeting. An ambush meeting was set up for that
afternoon.
A new face comes to the station. The new XO has arrived. The station has
been long without one, since the death of Commander Jameson. The new XO is
Commander Jonar Dais.
Game on.....
