"I don't think therrre's anyway arround having Marrtak as the inside
operations head. He's the captain of the ship, and the Klingons may
withdraw theirrr supporrrt if the entirrre operrration is rrrun by us,
especially since this is supposed to be a joint mission. As forrr Captain
Black, I'm just the trrraining officer, sirrr. Once trrraining is
complete, I will rrreturrn herrre and Captain Black will be the outside
operrrations head. I have no intention of taking overrr forrr Captain
Black. I do not know the situation as he does, norrr do his people know
me. I would be extrrremely ineffective in that capacity. Also, this would
equalize the situation. Both interrriorr and exterrriorr operrrations
would be rrrun by captains." What was his problem she wondered. She
looked to M'Rrenn slightly to see if there were anything she could pick up.
Did he have something against Klingons?
