At roughly 1900 hours a diplomatic shuttle arrived. It carried a diplomat
from Cardassia. The embassy guard brought him to the quarters of
Ambassador Dulath, the semi exiled ambassador.
He enters, after persmission is granted.
"Dulath old friend. It has been a long, long time. We must catch
up, thenthere must be business."
The old friend was one of Dulath's cloest friends in the reform
movement on Cardassia. They fought many fights in the wars, and many more
trying to reform Cardassian society. They were as close as brothers. But
this was a strange visit.... They had not seen each other in more than 7
years.
