"Just come on, old friend....."

The two left the ambassador's quarters.  It was just the two of them.  After
turning down several nondescript halls Durak starts....

            "Your quarters are not safe.  They have eyes and ears.  Be
weary, old friend.  I am very fearful of events that I am seeing.  While you
chose diplomacy to change or people, I chose the military.  Together we made
quite a difference, ay.....  Well, you have been out here on the fringes of
contact, and I have not.  There are movements.  Movements that are very
secret, or are at least hoped to be.  Movements that are very reminessent of
the Obsidian Order when they tried to bardin with the Tal Shiar  and the
Dominion.  Only this time it is far worse.  I have seen those that are the
most hungry for power and for domination meeting.  I am not sure just who
they are meeting, but I know where and I have a good idea why?"
