Golan watched his friend depart before returning to his office. He sat at
his desk to think about what they had just discussed. It was definitely not
good news. He could only hope that it was not too late to get his people
back on track. He tapped a console on his desk and opened a line to the
Venasian consulate.

"This is Ambassador Golan Dulath. I was hoping that Ambasador D'Amondra
would have a few minutes to spare for me. I have a rather urgent matter I
would like to discuss with her."
