The new comer to the meeting.

     "Dr. Bacso, it is a pleasent surprise to see you this fine day.  I had not 
expected to see you.  I hope this meeting is not too boring for you.  Just remember 
that this meeting is classified, and that you are to treat the material presented here 
with a higher sense of privledge and confidentiality than anything that a patient may 
tell you."  Lasiter said as he refreshed his coffee.

As the spoke, Rear Admiral Garibaldi came in, and took a seat without comment or 
fanfare.
