  "Are you sure you have not does this before... You look like this is old hat to 
you..." joe answered kidding the XO.  "But seriously, I think that we should do some 
checking on our own into the whereabouts of this courier.  How he got here, where he 
was before coming here, and the like.  The only way that we are going to resolve this 
is to be a step or two ahead of Rivik and the others working for him.

   In more than a few of my open cases that I am working, Rivik and others in the 
Bajoran Embassy keep coming up.  Something is happening in there...  When we meet with 
them again at 1500, I plan on issuing a material witness order for the courier.  That 
way we can keep him on the station, and take his travel papers.  I will have to go to 
a judge to get that, but I think that I can pull a string or two to have it ready by 
the time our meeting arrives.  Afterall, we can not have our only witness/suspect 
leaving on us now can we...."
