>From Tom's description, K'Tael had no choice but to start wondering whether
Garibaldi's involvement might be part of on of his Special Projects. If so,
he could prove to be a valuale ally in bringing all of the cases involving
the Bajorans to a close. If not, talking to him about it could be a real
problem.

"I look forward to her arrival," he said simply. He waited to see if Tom had
anything else or was going to demand anything else.

Tom only smiled, and after a silent moment, he left without any ceremony or
further adieu.

Shortly, after he left there was a call for security to some to break up a br
awl in one of the pubs.

When the suspect was brought in to cool off in the holding cells of Security,
another came into K'Tael's office.

"Commander, the bar fighter we just brought in wants to see you. Insists on
it in fact. What do you want me to tell her."

K'Tael got up from his desk and moved toward the entryway. Lead the way,
Lieutenant, and I will tell her myself," he said. The day had been full of
surprises. And he had a feeling that this woman was going to be another one
that could be of assistance. Assistance of the piggish variety perhaps.

A few minutes later, they arrived in the cells, and K'Tael made his way over
to the one the junior officer had indicated.

He was absolutely correct... It was Uglara. "I have something for you, and
marching up here was not an optimal solution. That, and I needed a drink."
