all the corrupt Starfleet pansies who've been screwing over the system, but 
he'd never be able to get a current Starfleet crewman close enough.  Those 
guys have a lot of people in their pockets.  If he can put someone on his 
own payroll in a good place, he'll be able to nail those suckers for 
everything they're worth. You'd be able to negotiate a deal with Garibaldi."

   "That is a hell of a catch.  Why should I help him?  Starfleet has done
nothing for me lately, and some of those pansies actually help folks like us
out... by either being corrupt, lazy, or stupid..."
