<P><FONT SIZE=2>> Lasiter just looked at t'Llhweiir, saying nothing. He
wanted to see her</FONT>

</P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2>>t'Llhweiir turned to face Renaud, and for an instant, there
was real anger</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>>in her eyes. It was gone so fast, however, one could wonder
if he had</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>>actually seen it. "Admiral Renaud, I called the heightened
security</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>>because I had to avert a potential incident. At present, I

that nothing he</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>>said would change her mind on this.</FONT>
</P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2>He turned to Lasiter, "I must admit my concern over this sir.
As CO of Spacedock, I should be made aware of any 'potential
incidents'-especially with the recent attacks on our Senior Staff and past
concerns."</FONT></P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2> "As CO of Spacedock you would be informed of anything that
would directly impact the station. This issue does not directly impact the
station at the present time." Lasiter answered. Still annoyed at the
situation rather than the individual. </FONT>
</P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2>>"Since you are here, I am curious why you witnessed the
departure of</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>>Ambassador Celana and did not believe it necessary to notify
either</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2>>Admiral Lasiter or me?"</FONT>
</P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2>Lorin held up the return order of the Ambassador, "Her leaving
is logged in Ops as per procedure. The Ambassador was recalled by her
respective government. Ambassadors are recalled for discussions normally. I
have a copy of her orders here which were graciouslly <sic> given to me by her
aide Salaar. Again I can assure you if this is part of your 'potential
incident', different actions would have been taken." He activated his PADD,
"She was recalled due to some type of 'bonding' concern I believe. What is the
concern here?"</FONT></P>
<BR>
Lasiter snapped back, "That does not answer the damned question, Admiral.
Why did you fail to inform the CinC of Starfleet or the senior most Admiral in
SF Command that the diplomatic representative of a major power was leaving
this station? A major power that is allied to an enemy of the Federation,
that enemy being the Dominion. "
What was apparent to Lorin at this point was that he had come at a bad time.
However, he was there and leaving or dropping the issue was not an option
either.
