ambassador appeared to be ill.  Did it not seem unusual to you that no
Star Fleet medical personnel was present, even if only to make certain
that she did not worsen before she left?  Did you at least contact the
Infirmary?"

(response)

"I assure you that had we known she was leaving under those conditions,
she would not have gone unescorted."
