"Commander, ", the JAG dude said addressing the thug in question, "you are being charged with several crimes, serious crimes, that include conspiracy to murder, attempted murder in the assassination of a diplomat, plus a few others. Your cooperation is what will determine just how these charges are played. If you cooperate, the charges will be lesser and the imprisionment will be easier. Don't cooperate, and the charges will be more severe, as will your time in a cell. The choice is yours." "Then I choose to not cooperate. You do what you want to, but I will not help you. Either of you." Pony answered somewhat defiantly. Audra placed her PADD down on the table. She was tired of playing this game. "And that is your choice. We are here because we can help each other. It is clear to me now that you have no desire for this." Audra paused and looked toward her JAG companion. "I think our conversation is done," she said as she stood up ready to leave. The JAG lawyer followed suit. The defense lawyer stopped them. "Can you give me a moment with my client. Alone if you please..." {response} The JAG dude followed Firehawk's lead. A few moments later, the defense lawyer left the interview room, briefcase in hand. He looked as if he had lost a debate. "Sorry to have wasted your time, but he will not deal. Off to court martial we go, Commanders." {response}
