?? Holding up his hand, the Judge had heard enough, "Commanders let me not
delay you any more.? Your warrent is approved.? Good luck.? You're goning to
need it." he added signing the warrent.

"Thank you Your Honor." Joe said taking his klingon collegue out with him.

K'Tael nodded his head. "Thank you, your honor," was his response.

Once he followed Joe outside, he stopped. "It would seem that we have brought this case to a conclusion. We can only hope those involved will get what they deserve in the courts."

"Let us hope. If you need anything else you know where you can find me. I may be off station for a bit, but you can leave a message with JAG. It will find it's way to me." Joe said extending his hand, saying... 'til next time.

K'Tael nodded as he took Joe's hand.  "It has been a ... pleasure to work with you, Commander," he replied.  "I will be in contact if necessary."

As the two men parted, K'Tael headed toward Sickbay.  He was going to enjoy this.  As he walked, he read over the arrest warrants.  He was REALLY going to to enjoy this.  He buzzed Security to have a team meat him at Sickbay.

A few minutes later, K'Tael enterred Sickbay with his team and made his way over to the unit in which the would-be prisoners were being held.  He walked right over to Mr. Rivik and handed him the PADD with the arrest warrant on it.

"Mr. Rivik, I must inform you of your rights at this time as we are arresting you and the rest of your group here.  You
have the right to remain silent and refuse to answer questions. Anything you do say may be used against you in a court of law.  You have the right to consult an attorney before speaking to the police and to have an attorney present during questioning now or in the future.  If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed for you before any questioning if you wish.  If you decide to answer questions now without an attorney present you will still have the right to stop answering at any time until you talk to an attorney.  Do you understand your rights, Mr Rivik?"
