>*** In still other places, Kitanya was waking. Her night had been quite >eventful, and her sleep fitful. She had been tired to begin with because of >her trip to tend to the Felinids, and last night a meeting of the traitors. >Was there no end. Today was a new day...
She'd barel begun her new job, and already she needed a vacation. That trip she'd made to Aerial 3 had been so great, staying in one of the cloud cities, soaring down to the surface and back up on those little flitters... She rolled out of bed feeling like she'd been dragged behind a transport through an asteroid field and got herself dressed. The humanoids would probably never notice her golden eyes, tinged with red around the very outer edges, but M'Rrenn would and probably chastise her for it, respectfully of course. But there was no rest for the wicked, so she made herself look beautiful and headed down to her office for the morning dispatches. As Torgash joined into step behind her, she wondered if he was thinking she looked tired. She almost asked him, but decided not to. She didn't want to know. "Good morrrning, Narrraht," she said in the most chipper voice she could muster. "What's the news today?"
