Dr. Serana went into surgery promptly at 0600 hours, and began what was to be a long
day of surgery to correct the burns that covered much of her body. She was still in
surgery when the funeral was going on, and when the blast rocked the station. It
wasn't until things calmed down on the station that her surgery came to a close. It
was not 100% complete, but enough of it was. Her doctor had to close up early to make
room for the injured from the sniper attack and the explosion on the station.
Serana's recovery would take a few days to complete, aided by dermal regenerators,
nutrient shots, and a good dose of Venasian medical technology that she had taught Dr.
Lucas Ryan. After a couple of days in recovery she would be allowed to go her
quarters and complete her recovery there. An additional surgery would be scheduled at
her convienence.
As she came out of anesthesia, she saw Ceran and a Nurse. Both were checking her
vitals.....
