"Send him to my office when he arrives please." Renaud went into his office and closed the doors.

Once the Admrial's office doors were closed, K'Tael turned to face Brad Arsineau. "I do not believe I would want to be in Commander Shevab's position for that meeting." Admiral Renaud was not a superior officer you wanted to get angry. He could give any Klingon General a run for for his money.

Brad could not hold in the laugh that K'Tael had summoned with his comment. "That might be true, but I wouldn't mind being a fly on the wall."

K'Tael understood the human expression, but he did not understand the need participate in gossip, particularly since neither of them had even met Commander Shevab. "Perhaps, we should concentrate on our duties, Lieutenant. We both have more than enough work to keep us busy, considering recent events."
