She sat...she looked a little pale but dabbed at her forehead with a napkin
she had from the coffee service. As she talked, she nervously glanced up at
the security contingency bearing down on them. "We dated off and on...we
were hoping to get serious...I wanted to....to..." she took a deep breath,
"I wanted to marry him."
He was caught a bit off guard... "I'm sorry, I didn't know. Sadly, my son and I had
not been very close, and had just begun to work on our relationship.", he answered
quietly. The hole within him ached once more. "If I may, Ms Cadry, but you look a
bit pale. Are you ok? Do you need to go to sickbay?", his concern for the young
woman was genuine.
