T'Kresh nodded. She only hoped they would be able to getting him back unharmed. "This might be a situation in which our governments will have to individually take action outside the guise of the Council.
"I have a meeting with Admiral Lasiter. I could raise the issue to him?"
"I would like that," responded T'Kresh as she looked at Watson with concern. "I don't want you to think that I am uncaring about Golan Dulath, Mr. Watson. The two of us had become very close while we served here on Spacedock. It was a relationship I never would have thought to develop with a Cardassian, considering our shared histories. The Diplomatic Council was his idea, and I am willing to do anything necessary to make srue that he gets out of this alive."
