You guys <and ladies> wrote me some very cool private notes about what's been happening to me healthwise....I can't say how much it is appreciated and makes me realize how close some of us have become through gameplay. I gotta stop reading that stuff at work :) Thank you.
I had the Stress Test (me crawling on a treadmill-for those who don't know I'm in a wheelchair) and Echocardiogram <EKG> today and passed with flying colors. Actually the EKG was better than the one done 2 years ago at my regular Cardiac checkup.
They say my Heart Palpitations are mostly due to this lousy cold I had. I also need to stop Caffeine for awhile-have done that since Wednesday and have seen some improvement already-however, if that doesn't continue I start taking Beta Blockers.
All in all-I'm simply getting older and need to start taking better care of myself.
