others. The problem that I have is that there is a big difference between what we
know and what can be proven in a court of law, and that is where the big challenange
is. Starfleet is fighting a reputation of heavyhandedness just as we are fighting
what we are told are insurgents. The only way to deal with both the insurgents and
this bad reputation is to follow the rules- aka investigate and bring responsible
parties to trial. So, I ask you, how do you suppose we get this evidence?"
