K'Tael was surprised to hear about these events. It was not often that something mysterious happened in system. With all of the traffic and research done in the area, most people assumed that there was little left to be learned in the Sol System. Apparently, that was not completely true.
He brought up information about Space Station Kerry and found that it was a small science settlement on the moon of Io. There were normally only 8 scientists stationed at the facility, with each having a specialty science. He looked over their names and records. He did not know which scientists were missing, but it would not help to check out all of them.
(OOC: Could I have some info for these folks please?)
K'Tael brought up his departmental roster. For the most part his staff was fairly busy researching the Brotherhood after recent events aboard the station. He had already sent his assistant over to Mars to prepare for Jorgenson's transfer there so Aravis Holt was not available. He would have liked to to send her to lead the team, though. He would have to pull her from Mars. The arrangements were pretty much made, and any of his people could adequately stand guard.
He quickly wrote up a memo for Admrial Renaud.

Re: Security Staff to be Assigned to Space Station Kerry
As per your request, I would like to temporarily assign my assistant, Lt Aravis Holt to command a small team of Spacedock security officers to Space Station Kerry to assist in the investigation into the missing officers around Jupiter. Her team would include Lieutenants K'stilk and Gorm.
I would like to also suggest that they be accompanied by some engineering and medical staff to assist in the investigation. Considering the information you included in your request to me, I cannot help but wonder if there might be a cause that is not just limited to the realm of security. I think the imput of such an expanded team might prove invaluable in finding the cause of the disappearance of the two scientists aboard the Runabout Connecticut.
