"Admiral Jackson it is, then," Colin acknowledged. "On screen, if you please, Mr.
Ares."

Ariel nodded as she set the viewscreen to communications mode. A friendly looking
face filled the screen. It was the face of a man in older middle age ... one of those
that made it hard to define the person's age. If it wasn't for the graying of his
hair, he would probably be considered much younger. (OOC: Admiral Jackson is being
played by Richard Dean Anderson)

"Welcome to Station 311, Captain. I understand that the Centaur is gong to be
playing escort for me." Jackson's tone was more friendly that most Admiral's came
across.

Centaur? Colin's smile never wavered, yet he had to wonder: was it a purposeful
"mistake"? The tone was friendly enough, which made it all the more suspicious. Was
this admiral baiting him to see if he was the type of Captain to correct him? (OOC: Or
has the co-gm merely mispoke?)

"Indeed we are," He acknowledged with slight bow of his head. He hadn't heard the
mispeak. That was the best way to play it. (OOC: If, in fact, it really happened?)
"And, of course, looking forward to it, Admiral. When shall you be ready to come
across, sir?"
