She proceeded, then, to introduce herself to Tremea Dolari Far Haryail.
Ambassador, I am Candance Bedru, Star Fleet's representative and administrator for Dultar." Ambassador Haryail regarded Bedru with her odd, gold-flecked eyes. "Gentle tides, Representative Bedru," she replied, tilting her head in the traditional greeting, "I am Dolari Far Haryail, T'remea. Is that the appropriate title I should address you by?" (response) Valtris slipped into the room. She was amazed by how full the room was. It seemed like the Council had grown once again. She noticed that there was a human and a Venasian in the room. The Venasian representative probably had an interesting story, considering the fact that she had Borg implants. It was not something that Valtris would wish on anyone. The Klingon representative made her way over to her seat to await the beginning of the session. She was sure that introductions would be made. Melora had had more than enough of the meet and greet. These people supposedly wanted to get information and they seemed more interested in what was turning out to be a mixer. She cleared her through and looked around the room with her icy blue eyes. "I think we have some business to get down to. I am sure that you all, like myself, have busy schedules. I think the Chair can call the meeting to order since we are now all present." The Cardassian glared at T'Kresh.
"Yes, of course," replied the Aqualish representative. "I just thought that it might be nice to get to know one another since we have some new people joinng us, but we can continue that later. If you would all take your seats, I am sure that Ambassador Damesh would be happy to bring us up to date on the situation with Golan Dulath.

Melora stood up to speak. "As you all know, I wleft our last meeting with the intention of contacting Central Command about arranging a meeting with Golan Dulath to allay your concerns about his welfare. I did in fact do so. Central Command was able to contact former-Ambassador Dulath at his new posting as head of political science at one of our most prestegious universities. Unfortunately, Mr. Dulath is so busy with his classes and new workload that he is unable to make such a trip at this time. He sends his apologies." Melora took a seat.
