Jared nodded with a friendly smile. He liked the CO. He was down to earth. "Perhaps I could grab some lunch in the mess hall on my way to my quarters. Would you care to join me?" he asked looking for a little company. One did not spurn a request from an admiral. Colin looked to Mr. Black. "All is well here?" he asked. (eh?) "Then I'll be in the officer's mess, Mr. Black. CArry on." He followed the admiral to the messhall. "So, tell me a little bit about yourself, Captain." It was clear from the tone in the Admiral's voice that he was truly interested in getting to know him. (response) AJ |
