>With all the enthusiasm typical of a young human female, she grabbed his hand and virtually dragged him to the entrance of the Bajoran embassy. "Come on, slowpoke," she said with a laugh. "I've heard they have wonderful art work on display."
Sam was amazed at the strength the small woman had. For a moment before inertia kicked in, it felt like his arm was going to come out of his socket. He couldn't help but laugh. "The art work probably isn't going anywhere in the next couple of minutes. It is probably even nailed to the walls," he replied just before stepping in."But they might close soon," Jaime replied as she pulled him through the entrance.
As they stepped through the door, it was like stepping onto another planet. The reception area was decorated like a traditional Bajoran temple with the soft esthetics that went along with it. The lighting was more subdued and seemed to have the feel of candlelights. Off the main reception sitting area was a hallway dedicated to Bajoran art. Each piece was accompanied by a plate that described the history and style of the piece and the artist who created it.
Anyone looking at her would think she was awestruck by it all. She walked into the hallway and began to examine several pieces. When a Bajoran walked by, she asked, "Excuse me. Do you work here?"
