Daphne awoke the next morning at around 0600 hours. She usually liked
to get a workout done to get her day started. After finishing her workout
in one of the gym's on the station, she returned to her quarters for a
shower.
She had some yugurt before heading to her office. She wanted to meet
with Admiral Kitanya to bring her up to speed before her rendez vous with
Captain Tr'Lawsh. She checked in at her desk to see if there were any
messages before checking in at the Admiral's office.
