Wilson called up the treatment recommended by the tricorder, then she set it
down and picked up a hypospray.  After finding the right setting--a tricky
manuever with one hand, she pressed it against K'Tael's neck and activated it.

The injection definitely seemed to help things.  While K'Tael was still not in the 
best of shape, his vitals began to stabilize.
