The human's move did two things that made Wilson lower her weapon.  First, she
did not think a terrorist's first concern would be to provide medical
treatment.  Secondly, she was now able to see T'Mel fully, which she had not
been able to do earlier.

Lowering her hand, but not putting the phaser down, she replied, "Sorry, Doc,
but somebody told our attackers we were coming.  I'm not going to be but so
trusting until I know just who that was."

T'Mel nodded her head.  "That is understandable, Commander.  If it would be all right, we could start treatment," she said as she indicated Wilson's arm, which was clearly injured.
