RE: Captain Boulay
Commander,
Due to the sensitivity of Captain Boulay's current
mission and the obvious dangers involved we will not send you out to Mars
Station at this time. However you are requested to establish secure comm line
contact to check on his condition and assess his ability to function as a result
of his past mental/emotional situation. If you deem him to be not stable, report
this immediately to myself.
