"Ambassador, I am pleased to meet you," Tal A'amon replied.

"T'remea Haryail," A'amon acknowledged next, "I hope your installment has
gone smoothly."

"Yes, General. The Federation has been quite accomodating."

A'amon explained to Lasiter, "T'remea Haryail is originally of my House,
Admiral, though we are only distantly related. She excelled at her
university, however, and like all A'amons, excels at martial and combat
arts. I was very pleased when she was elected to the position here."

"Like her predessor, a woman of many talents and abilities. I must admit,
General, that I have not had the pleasure and honor of working with T'remea
Haryail. Hopefully, I will be able to rectify that oversight."

Lasiter was unusually polite and talkative. Obviously, he had some hidded
diplomatic talents.
